Service

FreeNepalVPN provides account and VPN-related services that may include free and paid plans, client applications and managed VPN locations. Features, limits and availability may change as the service is developed.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, attacks, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, malware distribution, infringement, harassment or activity that violates an upstream network provider's rules.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and devices. Do not share administrator credentials, API secrets or VPN private keys.

Free plan

Free-plan limits are controlled by the active plan configuration, including monthly data allowance and device limits. Free capacity may be limited or adjusted to keep the service sustainable.

Availability

VPN connectivity depends on third-party infrastructure, networks and the health of individual VPN nodes. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Suspension

Accounts or devices may be suspended when needed to protect the platform, enforce limits, respond to abuse or comply with applicable requirements.

Changes

These terms may be updated before or after public launch. Material changes should be communicated through the website or account announcements.
